Your opportunity

• Lead manage and develop an existing team of 2 striving for excellence and performance
• Develop and grow the white collar office recruitment business through upselling business development and client acquisition
• Act as a brand ambassador when with clients at events and on the market
• Mentor train coach and develop your team supporting them in their daily business
• Deliver a bestinclass service on the market

Requirements

Your profile

• Several years experience in agency recruitment
• Ideally first experience as a manager within recruitment
• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Complete understanding of the recruitment cycle sales and business development
• An unrivalled passion for the industry
• English and German are essential
