Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Jetbro is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior QA Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital solutions through comprehensive testing and quality assurance practices. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including developers designers and project managers to identify prioritize and address qualityrelated issues throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

1. 1. Develop and implement comprehensive test plans test cases and test strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of digital solutions.

3. 2. Perform various types of testing including functional testing regression testing performance testing and usability testing.

5. 3. Collaborate with development and design teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation for better test ability.

7. 4. Identify prioritize and report defects using appropriate bug tracking tools and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

9. 5. Conduct thorough root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve overall product quality.

11. 6. Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

13. 7. Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members and promote a culture of quality and excellence within the organization.

15. 8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends tools and technologies related to quality assurance and testing.
    

Requirements

Requirements:

1. 1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
   
2. 2. Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role with a minimum of X years of experience in software testing.
   
3. 3. Strong understanding of software QA methodologies tools and processes.
   
4. 4. Handson experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium Appium JUnit).
   
5. 5. Solid knowledge of programming languages such as Java Python or JavaScript.
   
6. 6. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
   
7. 7. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
   
8. 8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
   
9. 9. ISTQB or similar QA certifications are a plus.
