We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Specialist to join our growing B2C tech team. 1KOMMA5 is building Germanys largest onestopshop for sale installation and services related to solar heat pumps electricity and charging infrastructure. Deine Position

You will be responsible for establishing automated and manual testing practices and lead the test execution across our customerfacing web and mobile applications in B2C.

Key responsibilities include:

• Work collaboratively with product managers QA specialists designers and developers to assess and improve the quality of our software continuously
• Define our automated and manual testing strategy and enable the teams to apply these best practices.
• Continuously improve and execute our comprehensive regression test plan before each software release to ensure endtoend functionality.
• Identify and coordinate bugs with your team customer care and our customers.
• Mentor and guide a team of QA specialists fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Dein Profil

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

• 3 years experience in leading testing strategies and processes for native mobile applications.
• Exhibit servant leadership qualities and experience in managing a team.
• A finger on the pulse of mobile testing trends tools and testing best practices. Advanced knowledge of Jira and bug reporting tools like Instabug is a plus.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to develop and execute nonflaky composable and comprehensive testing procedures.
• Experience quickly finding your way around in crossfunctional teams and a fastpaced interdisciplinary working environment.
• An agile and resultoriented mindset and you consider yourself a team player
• Show excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments.
• Very strong written and spoken English skills.

Bonus points for:

• Knowledge of IoT device and cloud testing best practices
• Experience and interest in the climate tech industry
• Fluent in German
