Senior Python Engineer

Since our inception in 2019 in Singapore weve been expanding across Southeast Asia.

Job Description:As part of the Jenfi team your role is pivotal in managing our business logic and data structures. Youll primarily focus on building resilient backend processes and underwriting pipelines ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and enhancing data pipelines.
• Establishing a robust testing framework.

Required Skills and Experience:Experience:

• Proven track record in shipping and refining multiple features.
• Over 7 years of Python expertise.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong command of the English language.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like SqlAlchemy Django or Flask.
• Understanding of Pythons threading constraints and multiprocess architecture.
• Familiarity with fundamental design principles for scalable applications.
• Ability to integrate diverse data sources and databases into a unified system.
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as JavaScript HTML5 and CSS3.
• Strong aptitude for unit testing and debugging.
• Possess significant Django experience spanning multiple years.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with AWS Lambda CodePipeline.
• Experience with Jupyter notebook/lab.
