Senior Project Manager - Sport Product Development all genders

Your role

As a Project Manager in the field of Product Development you will be a driving force in shaping entire product category sports products (such as whey and vegan protein powder). In close collaboration with our founder and CPO you will play a pivotal role in crafting the vision for our products. Embrace the role of a minientrepreneur within our organization and take 360degree ownership of your product categories overseeing the endtoend product development.

• Endtoend product development: taking charge from conceptualisation to final execution for the food supplement product category
• Conduct product calculations and analyses and develop recipes with a keen eye on cost efficiency ensuring optimal use of resources
• Conduct competition and price analyses and keep a watchful eye on the latest market trends to analyse consumer needs and preferences
• Gather customer feedback for continuous improvement review products postlaunch and work closely with Regulatory Affairs for label updates and compliance
• Collaborate with our sourcing team for raw material selection and engage with manufacturers to ensure the highest and purest quality of every single ingredients
• Liaise with the editorial department to showcase our product differentiators on our website

Your profile

• You bring 2 years of handson experience in Project Management for Product Development within the domain of sports products from concept and formulation to sale
• You have experience seeing projects through the full product life cycle and you have already managed crossfunctional projects within a fastmoving d2c startup or company
• Ideally you have a Bachelor / Master degree in food / nutritional sciences food technology sport & nutrition sport management biotechnology or a similar field
• Advanced familiarity with project management software tools methodologies and best practices
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope budget and timeline as well as very good analytical skills
• You are ready to come to the office regularly fluency in English and German skills are a bonus!
