A leading Baltic financial institution seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager for a BI/Data project. This role involves spearheading datadriven initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and strategic decisionmaking.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the endtoend delivery of BI/Data projects from planning and requirements gathering to implementation and postimplementation support.
Collaborate with IT Data Science and Business Analysts to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
Develop and maintain project plans budgets and timelines while effectively managing risks and dependencies.
Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and presentations providing updates on project progress risks and key milestones.

MustHave Requirements:
5 years of extensive experience in managing complex projects within the banking or financial services industry.
Proficient in English both written and verbal with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills including experience presenting to executivelevel stakeholders.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and uncertain environment.
Technical background with a solid understanding of BI/Data principles and methodologies.

NicetoHave Requirements:
Prior experience working with BI tools and technologies such as Tableau Power BI or Qlik.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the banking industry.
Project management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) or relevant academic qualifications.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience leading agile teams in BI/Data projects.
