• Experience Above 10 years of experience in interior project management across Residence Hospitality Commercial Hotel projects etc.
• Job Description :
  • Technically very strong with Project management and Execution.
  • Polished Communication skills to interact with Clients.
  • Having knowledge Tender quote management
  • Knowledge in any Project Management Software is added advantage
  • Project Management Project Scheduling and coordination of all projects as per design Specifications and Quantity survey.
  • Coordinate with all company departments as required for the execution of the project.
  • Amendment and BOQ deviations submitted to Client and get approval.
  • Completion of project in time without cost variation
  • Can be able to handle multiple projects parallelly.
  • Able to handle the Customer Escalations in Professional ways.
  • Should get good Customer Satisfaction score
