Seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager for our esteemed client in Washington DC with a focus on Employee Central. As a Senior Program Manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project management aspects such as tracking scheduling risk management and comprehensive documentation of action items. Your expertise in Human Resource processes particularly in the realm of Hire to Retire will be essential to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume ownership of critical project management functions including meticulous project tracking precise scheduling proactive risk mitigation and thorough documentation of action items.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Human Resource processes with a specific focus on Hire to Retire procedures.
  • Leverage knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules with a particular emphasis on Employee Central.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in successfully managing complex projects ideally within the realm of Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
