Senior Project Architect Project Manager

• The ideal candidate will have 15 years experience in all aspects of project design and development client relationship management and professional practice.
  
• Candidates should have significant gaming and hospitality experience but must be able to contribute to and lead complex projects across all key market sectors.
  
• Individuals must be able to lead and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously and also be able to independently manage and document projects from inception through completion as needed.
  
• The individual must have technical proficiency with Revit AutoCAD SketchUp and Microsoft Office and an appreciation for holistic architectural process.
  
• Candidate should have demonstrated experience in all areas of project and team management including excellent technical project knowledge design proficiency and financial project management skills.
  
• Candidates should have a Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Architecture from an accredited program. Architectural licensure preferred but not required.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Preferred.
  
• Architectural License (Preferred)
  
• Looking for a strong project architect/project manager with skills in design documentation construction administration etc. with capabilities in Revit as well as other architectural software packages.
  
• Revit 5 years Experience preferred.
