Description:
Delivery leader that can coordinate American Airlines major IT initiative. Cross functions across all IT organizations as well as HR Legal and Corporate real Estate. Sr Mgr/Director level job assignment.
Hands on role to coordinate / execute the program (not limited to reporting progress) including all activities/subprojects (through the respective leaders) onshore
o Facilities readiness (interim and long term)
o HR activities readiness (policies severance packages compensation packages job descriptions / alignments recruiting plans etc.)
o Entity creation
o IT
Identify background systems and interfaces needed
Onboarding checklist/script (desktops accesses etc.)
o Wave 1 scope and logistics
Must be open to travel abroad (if necessary)
