What you will do

• Support governance through reporting and dashboarding;
  

• Drive segment/SSD business cadence;
  

• Formalize weekly productivity and metric reports;
  

• Provide program management assistance focusing on governance and KPIs;
  

• Assist in crafting communication materials;
  

• Utilize AWS SQL and Tableau for data analysis;
  

• Independently analyze data to address business challenges;
  

• Collaborate with Estelle on bottomup enablement strategies;
  

• Ensure alignment with Derek s weekly performance meeting;
  

• Apply business acumen to interpret key concepts and KPIs effectively.
  

Must haves

• Experience in sales or business functions with strong business acumen;
  

• Proficient in utilizing AWS SQL and Tableau for effective data analysis;
  

• Knowledge or experience in project/program management particularly in governance KPI reporting and communication drafting;
  

• Ability to independently analyze data to identify and address business problems;
  

• Selfstarter with program management experience capable of supporting various tasks efficiently.
