Job description Senior Product Manager (Remote)
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep product management experience demonstrating a strong understanding of both technical and business aspects of product development. As a Senior Technical Product Manager you will play a critical role in defining and executing the product roadmap collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the endtoend product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities trends and competitive landscape.
- Define product vision strategy and roadmap prioritizing features based on business value and customer impact.
- Collaborate with engineering design and other stakeholders to translate product requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
- Drive the agile product development process including sprint planning backlog grooming and release management.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and userfriendly interfaces that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and iterate based on feedback and data analysis.
- Serve as a subject matter expert providing guidance and support to internal teams including sales marketing and customer support.
- Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in product management and real estate technology.
- US timezone IST 3:00 Pm IST to 12:00 Am IST
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 4 years of experience in technical product management with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
- Deep understanding of product management principles methodologies and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the real estate industry or related fields is a plus.
- Proficiency in agile development methodologies and tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
