Senior Product Manager

Your mission:

• Own product related problems from end to end: problem identification, success metric definition, solution discovery, user research, feature design & specification, testing, roll-out, monitoring, documentation.
• Work closely with a group of talented developers, a designer and a QA person on a dedicated part of our product to improve patient/user satisfaction, and to support our growth.
• Collect first-hand information from our patients and users.
• Manage the roadmap of your product components.
• Join a team of 10 product managers.
• Share your product management experience with the team, mentor junior team members.

Your talent:

• Strong analytical mindset, ability to break down complex problems into addressable items.
• Ownership attitude and curiosity to dig deeper into problems to understand root causes based on data-driven decision-making.
• 5+ years of product management experience with SaaS products in fast-paced environments (start-up, consulting or FMCG).
• Experience in health tech or a medical / dental background is a plus.
• Experience in user research.
• Experience in product discovery. (e.g. Inspired by Marty Cagan)
• Ability to write SQL queries (we use PostgreSQL) on your own. Engineering background is a big plus.
• Excellent English language skills, German skills are a plus.
