Greater Talent Group has an exciting opportunity for a Remote Senior Product Manager to join a dynamic and driven team at a Series B SaaS company

 As a Senior Product Manager you are a senior member of the Product Management team and will be responsible for building and executing on the months to year roadmap for your product areas You will collaborate closely with the engineering and design leads of one or more development pods to bring new products to market

How you will make your impact

• Maintain and execute a month to year roadmap of your product areas
• Stay up to day with what our clients value the most and manage the day to day prioritization and roadmap for the client outcomes you own
• Build and track metrics that track the success of your product
• Research customer workflows expected customer outcomes and collaborate with the design team to ensure that the user experience achieves desired user outcomes
• Collaborate with the engineering teams to ensure that they understand user outcomes acceptance criteria business benefits and priority of initiatives 
• Ensure that all features are built with deep understanding of operational constraints and downstream impacts on the rest of the application and client enablement
• Work with Product Marketing to ensure that external messaging and communications describe the customer success story and customer outcomes
• Build a deep sense of how the companies business model and operations and ensure new capabilities advance our revenue growth

What you bring

• Strong commercial acumen to lead as a business owner on multiple fronts product gotomarket pricing and packaging
• Experience in taking at least one product from concept to launch
• Ownership mindset where you chart your growth through grabbing new opportunities 
• years of experience in product management in a BB SaaS environment
• A desire to mentor other product managers and have a strong impact across the company
• Expertise in uncovering market and user needs through distilling product data customer feedback sales data insights
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with multiple teams and people at all levels engineering design marketing customers senior management
