Senior Product Manager - Asset Management

Our client an asset management company based in New York is seeking a Senior Product Manager focusing on designing usercentric products to meet evolving investment technology needs across various investment businesses within the firm.

Tasks

You will collaborate with senior end users business leaders and software developers to define and execute projects aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities include conducting discovery analyses scoping projects specifying technical requirements managing timelines and ensuring successful project completion. You will also analyse application interactions across the firm manage requirements and dependencies and coordinate with other technical teams. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to multiple businesses within the firm.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a bachelors degree or higher at least five years of relevant experience and a track record of increasing responsibility.
• Product management experience and a focus on internal software are essential with finance experience being beneficial.
• Strong communication skills a customer service mindset and discretion with intellectual property are required.
• The ideal candidate will have a detailoriented approach effective collaboration skills and the ability to drive projects to completion. They should excel in translating user needs into technical requirements and demonstrate systems thinking.

Benefits
