Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to focus on the development of learner and faculty GenAI Copilots and the development of multiagent architecture to drive background orchestration of multiple Copilots with the goal of achieving seamless user experience and strong learner outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Need and Opportunity Analysis: Analyse needs and strategic opportunities in order to inform our market requirements definition.
- Develop Product and Process Requirements: Create product requirements definitions and supplementary process documentation that enable effective GenAI Copilots and multiagent architecture while working in close collaboration with inhouse and external AI experts.
- Drive Product Launch: Work with other team members from Product Design and Engineering to develop and release product features for learners and faculty. Subsequently test those features in Beta with learners and faculty from educational partners and refine those features as needed before production launch.
- Drive Product Enhancement Based on Market Data: Seek user feedback and identify enhancements for subsequent build cycles on regular basis based on feedback from educational partners learners and faculty.
Skills & Experience
- 6 years of work experience with at least 3 years experience in AIrelated Product Management required (with experience in EdTech products preferred)
- Proven success in developing and executing on strategic product initiatives leveraging Generative AI and Predictive AI
- Knowledge of new trends and technologies in Generative AI and Predictive AI
- Strong relationship and oral communication skills including the ability to engage effectively with executive leadership
- Demonstrated product management success across the mobile web & app product lifecycle from concept to launch and adoption
o Conducting market research.
o Defining user roles user journeys and product requirements.
o Working with UX designers in mocking wireframes and visuals for mobile and web.
o Collaborating closely with engineering in defining requirements prioritization and sprint planning.
o Discussing tech architecture design and scoping with engineering.
- Strong organizational analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast paced startup environment with tight deadlines.
Sr Product Manager AI Products 1. Candidate must have at least 6 years work experience 2. Candidate must have at least 3 years experience in a Product Management role involving AI-related products a. Title must be Product Manager or some similar title explicitly the term Product b. The products in question must involve some form of AI 3. Candidate must be able to describe at least one such AI-related product that the candidate led from development to successful launch 4. Preference to a candidate who: a. Has experience working in Generative AI b. Has experience working in EdTech c. Has experience conceptualizing new products (not just leading their development) d. Has substantially more than 3 years experience in Product Management generally and in AI Product Management specifically
