Senior Product Manager - 1117

The Role:
As a Senior Product Manager you will be responsible for shaping our AI product strategy driving innovation and overseeing the development and execution of cuttingedge AI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies a proven track record in product management and the ability to build and manage a highperforming team. You will act as the liaison between the client stakeholders and the BF development team translating business needs into actionable tasks for the technical team while ensuring quality and tracking progress.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for AI initiatives aligning with overall business objectives.
  
• Recruit mentor and lead a talented team of AI specialists including data scientists data engineers and product developers.
  
• Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to understand their needs objectives and expectations.
  
• Lead the endtoend product development lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards.
  
• Translate business requirements into user stories epics and acceptance criteria for the development team.
  
• Develop and maintain a dynamic AI product roadmap balancing shortterm deliverables with longterm strategic goals.
  
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback business impact and technical feasibility.
  
• Act as the main point of contact between the client and the development team.
  
• Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and expectations.
  
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure quality standards are met.
  
• Ensure that products meet regulatory requirements and are integrated with other systems.
  
• Develop and maintain product documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  
• Proven experience (8 years) in product management with a focus on AI or machine learning products.
  
• Demonstrated success in building and leading highperforming teams.
  
• Experience working with agile development methodologies.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and development teams.
  
• Excellent analytical skills and problemsolving abilities.
  
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Knowledge of software development tools and project management software.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Agile/Scrum.
  
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello).
  
• Technical background or understanding.
