In London we need Senior Producer to seamlessly join the team to cover a maternity leave. We are looking for someone who can come in adopt a ‘startup’ mentality and be part of a hugely motivated team to increase the quality and quantity of the work we do.

To be successful you need to be able to effectively & efficiently produce creative crafted & engaging material on budget on brief & on time. Ultimately an exceptional producer will promote collaboration ensure consistency in our overall campaign assets make a significant and positive impact on projects and be an invaluable solutions focused member of the team.

Responsibilities:

To be able to produce the brief from landing to delivery to be a friendly face to the client. We want a combination of warm welcome and ruthless efficiency...

The expectation is that your background will be primarily in all flavours of post production integrated experience is key & live action or stills production would be great.

Your job will be to take a brief liaise with appropriate team members and kick off job scope/estimate through to planning creation approvals delivery and reconciliation. Sometimes you will do that all yourself and sometimes you will pass on to a specialist producer. Whatever the process clear communication with all parties is critical.

You will help with resourcing a great black book of great talent is essential.

You will help manage our growing talented team on the day to day scheduling and creative process.

We expect you to help recruit editors and motion talent and we would love your input on finding the right people with the right talent and attitude freelance and FTE helping us to grow.

Requirements:

Experience producing strong crafted & engaging content

A portfolio of applicable outputs

Understanding of relevant operational software Adobe Creative Cloud

Ability to work in a tight team

Good organisational time management skills

Strong listening and communication skills

The capacity to work independently and also collaboratively

Ability to work efficiently without compromising craft quality or accuracy

Good at all things Google Sheets Slides Docs Calendar Chat & Spaces

Learning new skills and evolving your craft always is something that everyone here wants to do

Our main client is an elite advertising agency. You will have regular meetings with their key staff and we expect you to build great relationships with the creatives designers agency producers and account teams alike.
