EveryMatrix is proud of its commitment to safer gambling and player protection whilst producing market leading gaming solutions.

DataMatrix is a part of EveryMatrix platform that is responsible for collecting storing processing and utilizing hundreds of millions of transactions from the whole platform every single day. We develop Business Intelligent solutions reports 3rd party integrations data streaming and other products for both external and internal use. The team consists of 35 people and is located in Lviv.

Responsibilities:

  • Being a part of DataMatrix business unit management team reporting directly to department CEO.
  • Taking active part in all BU products development with focus on Business Intelligence part.
  • Taking active part in clients integration projects.
  • Managing products roadmap and backlog.
  • Collaborating with CEO and other managers on setting BU objectives and monitoring their completion.
  • Analyzing new requests taking part in BA when needed.
  • Close cooperation with tech/team leads.
  • Cooperation with developments teams daily.
    • Providing input needed for development and verification.
    • Supporting during whole circle of delivery.
    • Prioritizing operational tasks.
    • Analyzing teams capacity defining growth plans improving performance by removing obstacles and minimizing waste.
  • Setting up and driving new projects.
  • Supporting existing products.
  • Operational duties.
  • Following existing BU processes improving if needed and establishing new.
  • Constantly learning domain and EM/DM products.
  • Collaborating with other business units nondevelopment departments and clients.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience as a Project Manager / Product Owner in an IT and/or B2B service company.
    • Practical experience in all stages of project lifecycle (from idea to production/maintenance).
    • Practical experience in working with product during its evolvement (from idea to ready increment/constant enhancement).
    • Practical experience in team management
      • Understanding and being able to apply best practices of effective frequent collaboration with development teams.
      • Understanding technical language.
      • Matching of planned workload to teams velocity and capability (capacity management).
      • Ability to listen to team suggestions and concerns and to adjust accordingly.
      • Conflict solving skills.
    • Practical experience in project/product documentation management and business analysis
      • Business requirements collection and evaluation extensive and detailed product roadmap development.
      • User stories development and acceptance criteria creation.
      • Gathering prioritization and management of a product backlog.
      • Correct customer/business needs definition.
    • Understanding and experience in applying of project/product management technologies
      • Common technologies and best practices using in SDLC.
      • Standards of Project Manager / Product owner responsibilities.
      • PMI or similar (i.e. PRINCE2) organization methodologies. Certification would be a plus.
      • Project management approaches. Understanding of both classic/waterfall and agile.

    • Practical experience in Monitoring and Reporting Management
      • Ability to identify appropriate KPIs to measure different aspects of product / project.

    • Experience in creating / implementing / adjusting processes across team / department.
    • Experience in online gambling industry would be a plus.
    • Technical background and/or basic understanding of data bases / data structures would be a plus.

Work Life Balance:

  • 22 paid leave days and two extra paid leave days per year for every year up to 32 days (working days) in addition to the public holidays (11 days). Extra leave days for every extra year at the company 43 days including public holidays by year 5 of employment.
