JOB DESCRIPTION:About the Role:You will demonstrate a broad scope of knowledge and experience and contribute proactively to developing goals and plans to improve performance effectively set clear expectations and support both the employee and leaders in pursuing desired business outcomes.

  • Engage as a trusted adviser and subject matter expert to coach employees and managers on sensitive workrelated issues related but not limited to conflict resolution performance management interpretation of company policy and culture and values.
  • Assist managers and employees in understanding and applying people tools policies and procedures to maximize employee performance achieve organizational efficiency improve employee engagement and ensure legal compliance.
  • Provide support with country compliance requirements in Ireland.
  • Analyze data understand trends and develop proactive solutions supporting business objectives.
  • Partner closely with the broader People & Purpose team members to implement specific HR processes and policies to support countryspecific requirements.
  • Work closely with HR operations team members based in Dublin Ireland to support employee and managergenerated requests.
  • Complete adhoc projects reporting and tasks as required with crossfunctional HR teams working on or leading projects and programs.
  • Act as the local onsite liaison as needed for coordinating any urgent HR issues.

Basic Qualifications:

    • 5 years of proven experience working in Employee Relations HR generalist or HR business partner roles.
    • Demonstrated experience in ER Management within Ireland.

Other Qualifications:

  • Display the highest commitment to customer service and maintaining a bestinclass employee experience.
  • Demonstrate effective influencing skills to provide resolution to complex and highly sensitive employee issues while maintaining appropriate confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and be part of an international team environment while developing strong professional relationships with peers managers executives and crossfunctional teams.
  • Ability to use good judgment to problem tackle make decisions and involve necessary individuals at the appropriate time.
  • Sound knowledge of Ireland and ideally other EMEA countrys labour laws policies and customs.
  • Fluent English any additional European language skills desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
