About the Role
We are seeking a Senior People Advisor with proven operations/generalist HR knowledge and experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in the entire employee lifecycle and participate in engagement projects. The ideal candidate should excel at multitasking prioritising effectively and providing dedicated support to our team and managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong operational focus
- Managing HRIS administration and maximising functionality to reduce HR admin tasks.
- Ensuring compliance with employment law GDPR and HR best practices.
- Drafting updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
- Overseeing payroll administration and benefits management.
- Partnering with hiring managers to fulfil recruitment needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Conducting refining and improving the onboarding and offboarding processes including exit interviews.
- Analysing employee feedback data and identifying areas for improvement in the employee experience.
- Supporting performance reviews and executing the learning and development strategy.
- Providing guidance to line managers on various people matters.
Key Attributes:
- CIPD qualification preferred
- 35 years relevant experience

Location: Farringdon London UK (hybrid remote typically 2days in the office 3 days WFH depending on business needs with the ability to be flexible)
Contract: Permanent/Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
