Seeking an OpenShift Administrator

Location: Jacksonville Florida

Education: Bachelors Degree with 10 years OR Masters Degree with 8 years of professional IT experience Relevant certifications and additional qualifications are a plus

Qualifications:

Linux Administration expertise

Extensive handson experience with Red Hat OpenShift container platform

Strong knowledge of DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure

Familiarity/experience with Kubernetes

Understanding of network principles related to OpenShift Cluster (DNS Load balancing Firewalls)

Experience implementing security best practices on OpenShift components

Proficiency with Automation Tools (Ansible) for deployment/maintenance streamlining

Optimization of system performance for OpenShift workloads

Skills and Experience in:

Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenShift and Ansible

Docker and Kubernetes containerization solutions

Automation scripting: Perl Bash Shell Python Security best practices implementation on OpenShift components

Performance optimization for OpenShift workloads

Pod scheduling and cluster scaling for resource allocation optimization

Diagnosing and resolving issues during OpenShift installation and operation

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Security Clearance:

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance with SSBI requiring US Citizenship security investigation etc.
