Our client is currently seeking expressions of interest from a Senior Occupational Therapist for a permanent fulltime role. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to play an integral and active role in a friendly dynamic and supportive Multidisciplinary Team to make a significant contribution in the area of rehabilitation.

- Administer the practice education for student therapists and encourage involvement in teaching training and supporting individuals as deemed appropriate.
- Engage in active involvement with the interprofessional healthcare team.
- The assessment diagnosis planning implementation and evaluation of treatment and intervention programs for our patients and residents are conducted according to professional standards.
- The process of goal setting and treatment planning entails collaborative efforts with patients residents families carers and other staff members.
- Engage in active participation and establish a strong working relationship with the diverse healthcare team.
Requirements
- It is required to be officially enrolled in the Occupational Therapists Register which is meticulously upheld by Occupational Therapists.
- Attain a qualification in Occupational Therapy whether it be a degree or an alternative that meets the same standards.
- Excellent communication negotiation and influencing skills.
- Display strong and positive interpersonal skills with a proven ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Demonstrate a persontoperson care approach.
- Proficient IT skills.
