The project and the team

We are a team of Developers Network Engineers and QAs working on cutting edge solutions for network/infrastructure projects. We blend network and expertise to help customers automatically deploy scale and optimize their infrastructure.

Our Engineers are involved in the whole product life cycle: design demo PoC deployment.

You will join a team of experts who are truly gamechangers and have completed numerous networking projects cloud or infrastructure automation and monitoring.

Things to know:

• The development team who cooperate closely with the product owner

• We work in a multivendor environment

• We use KANBAN or SCRUM methodology

• The client is based in US

We work on multiple interesting projects at the time so it may happen that well invite you to the interview for another project if we see that your competencies and profile are well suited for it.

Your role

The following are some of the responsibilities you will have as a member of the team:

• Designing and implementing new virtualization & networking solution

• Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

• Automating deployments and daytoday operations ie. server installation and configuration

• Troubleshooting existing solutions identifying opportunities for improvements and working with product owners to implement them

• Taking part in technical design discussions

• Supporting teammates ie. providing help with developing automated testing capabilities

• Documenting designed solutions

Do we have a match

You must meet most of the following criteria in order to be a Network Engineer with DevOps and Virtualization/Python:

• Excellent knowledge of networks (routing switching) at least at Professional level preferably proven by adequate certifications

• Good knowledge of virtualization especially KVM Libvirt or VMware ESXi (vSphere vCenter) OR

• Experience in softwaregrade code development in Python (Go is welcome as well)

• Knowledge of automation and CI/CD tools (for example: Ansible GitLab CI)

• Experience in network troubleshooting and automation

• Good knowledge of Git

• Good knowledge of Linux OS

• Knowledge of Docker

• Knowledge of Python and/or Bash

• Communication skills proficiency in English (min. B2 level) ability to collaborate on technical solutions

• Experience in SRIOV

• Experience in DPDK

• Knowledge of Kubernetes
