As the Senior Membership Product Manager you will lead the creation and delivery of an innovative membership product strategy. Your focus will be on developing new benefits and features that will grow our membership base. You will have a significant role in shaping our portfolio of digital solutions for our members and customers including pharmacists trainees and undergraduates in Great Britain.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with subject matter experts marketers and our technology team to deliver a consistent and valuable membership experience.

Requirements:
Essential
Strong focus on customer value and business outcomes
Commercial acumen with experience of working in a B2C subscription environment
Experience in delivering value early and often
Ability to learn through experiments and data
Preference for crossfunctional collaboration over silos
Proven senior leadership and stakeholder management experience
High degree of commercial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
Understanding of the latest technologies required to build a product
Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering delightful products
Excellent communication skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Experience in managing multiple projects within a matrix management model
Ability to work on multiple workstreams at the same time
Desirable
Experience of healthcare technology systems
Relevant product management qualification (or equivalent)
Experience of working with Agile methodologies

How we are currently working
RPS supports and works in a hybrid way which means you will be able to work from home however there will be an expectation for collaborative facetoface working on average and typically this may be something between 48 working days per month at our London Office.
