From telemedicine and personalized nutrition plans to medication delivery and insurance services we are revolutionizing the approach to healthcare particularly in combating obesity through semaglutide prescriptions and telehealth initiatives.

With promising initial product metrics and ambitious goals on the horizon we are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our advertising efforts. As a Media Buying Manager at Future Health you will have the opportunity to optimize campaigns broaden our impact and shape the future of the weight loss industry.

Tasks

  • Develop and implement media buying strategies: Optimize advertising campaigns through strategic media buying approaches.
  • Manage advertising budgets: Allocate funds effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Expansion of advertising campaigns: Expand campaigns on current platforms and explore new platforms like Snapchat and TikTok. Develop and implement appropriate advertising strategies for each.
  • Collaboration with media planning agencies: Partner with agencies to execute campaigns on native platforms and conduct an audit of their performance ensuring effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research: Identify target audiences and suitable media channels through comprehensive market analysis.
  • Collaborate with creative teams: Work closely with creatives to craft engaging ad content that resonates with the audience.
  • Negotiate media placements: Secure costeffective media placements through effective negotiation.
  • Monitor campaign performance: Analyze campaign data and make datadriven adjustments to optimize performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of emerging trends and platforms in the industry.Personal skill development: Continuously learn new trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing media advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Facebook Snapchat and TikTok with daily budgets of up to $30000 and ROAS goals of at least 120%.
  • Minimum of five years of marketing experience in companies operating in the weight management and digital healthy living sector weightloss nutritional plans and telehealth in the US.
  • Deep understanding of advertising effectiveness metrics including ROAS and the ability to balance objectives across different platforms and advertising channels.
  • Ability to develop and implement growth strategies for advertising campaigns to achieve set KPIs such as maintaining a ROAS of at least 120% on the Google platform.
  • Skills in collaborating with video and creative teams to request and create content that meets platform requirements.
  • Leadership skills and experience working with media planning agencies and the ability to manage their activities and expenses.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate advertising campaigns and determine steps to improve their effectiveness not limited to simply increasing or decreasing the budget.
