Senior Marketing Manager

Founded in 2018 Verbolia is a frontrunner in the B2B SaaS landscape specialising in SEO and paid campaign optimization for major ecommerce platforms. As we continue to scale globally and following our recognition as Belgian Startup of the Year 2021 and other prestigious awards we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager located in Belgium to spearhead our marketing initiatives and drive lead generation and customer acquisition.

Tasks

• Strategy: responsible for the overall marketing strategy including positioning messaging inbound marketing content marketing and target advertising campaigns to effectively reach target audiences
• Marketing budget management
• Execution:
• digital resources: responsible for the creation of resources that accurately reflect the brands value and capabilities like website management landing page creation video material email marketing user testimonials...
• content creation and distribution: responsible for the development of engaging insightful content tailored to our niche market. Make sure this content reaches our target market (Linkedin SEO Search )
• webinar and events: organise and participate in webinars industry events and customer advisory boards to foster relationships with prospects and key stakeholders
• Analysis: monitor and analyze marketing performance; adjust strategies as necessary to maximize ROI.
• Crossfunctional Collaboration: work closely with the product and sales teams to align marketing strategies with product capabilities and sales goals.

Requirements

• Experience: senior background in an international B2B marketing role preferably within a SaaS organisation.
• Communication Skills: exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Leadership: proven capability to lead marketing strategies and initiatives proficiently.
• Analytical Skills: strong proficiency in marketing performance analysis and campaign management.
• Technical Proficiency: familiarity with SEO digital marketing tools and CRM software.Full time: this is a fulltime position requiring a 40 hours per week commitment
