Position Overview:

As the Senior Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence engaging customers and achieving remarkable sales growth in the dynamic world of loupes and headlights. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing & Product Officer and managing the local marketing members you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives with a strong focus on trade marketing all while leveraging your deep customercentric mindset and digital skillset.

Key Responsibilities:

Trade Marketing Excellence :

• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness and customer engagement in the B2B2C market.
• Drive sales growth by creating innovative campaigns that captivate our audience and make us an industry leader.

Customer Focus :

• Dive deep into understanding the unique needs and preferences of our target customers.
• Translate insights into impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our audience and drive loyalty.

Digital Expertise :

• Leverage your digital prowess to create and execute cuttingedge digital marketing strategies.
• Craft compelling social media content marketing and email campaigns ensuring alignment with our global branding guidelines.

Brand Ambassador :

• Champion our prestigious Italian Brand on a global scale.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and maintain our premium positioning.
• Manage two other brands belonging to Univet driving their success and maintaining their unique identities.

CrossFunctional Collaboration :

• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including sales product development and customer service.
• Align marketing strategies with business goals and foster a culture of teamwork and shared success.

Market Research:

• Stay at the forefront of industry trends competitive landscape and evolving customer behavior.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation that keep us ahead of the curve.

Budget Management :

• Efficiently manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Team Management :

• Lead and inspire inhouse and subsidiary teams fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in B2B2C marketing ideally within the dental or medical industry.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing with a focus on trade marketing and B2B2C.
• A track record of success in driving brand awareness customer engagement and sales growth.
• Exceptional digital marketing skills including social media content and email campaigns.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Global mindset and experience working in an international context.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
