We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager specializing in Search and Social Media. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing largescale campaigns particularly in the realm of search engine marketing and social media platforms and delivering strong ROI. This role requires a deep understanding of the optimization process and a strategic approach to digital marketing.

What will you do:
Develop and manage largescale search and social media campaigns with a focus on achieving high ROI.
Handle campaigns with budgets exceeding one crore ensuring maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
Utilize indepth knowledge of optimization processes to enhance campaign performance across various platforms.
Leverage exposure to international search markets to implement best practices and innovative strategies.
Analyze and report on campaign performance making datadriven decisions to optimize ongoing efforts.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in search and social media marketing.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align campaign objectives and strategies.
Mentor and lead a team fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
Extensive experience in managing search and social media campaigns with a successful track record.
Ability to handle largescale budgets and deliver strong ROI.
Indepth knowledge of optimization processes in digital marketing.
Experience with international search campaigns is a significant advantage.
Prior experience in the BFSI sector is desirable but not mandatory.
Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
