Our client a leading conglomerate is looking to hire a Senior Manager Technical Accounting.
The person shall be responsible for providing technical accounting guidance and assisting with the reporting process . This requires close collaboration with various functions within the company and continuing process improvement within finance function. Individuals seeking a challenging multifaceted role in a fastpaced work environment will enjoy the diverse responsibilities of this key position within our clients team.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of technical memos on various accounting issues including new/ complex transactions under IFRS/ Ind AS
- Analysis of technical updates/ developments
- Preparation of accounting and disclosure checklists and providing inputs on financial statements
- Working on implementation of other accounting and reporting changes: New standards (IFRS/ Ind AS) Companies Act etc.
- You MUST be a qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 4 years of experience in Technical accounting.
- Incumbent needs to have good knowledge of closing/consolidation processes and good understanding of IFRS.
- Driving DIVERSITY agenda for this role. Would love to engage with some brilliant female talent.
