For our fastgrowing team of more than 60 international consumer talents we are looking for a Senior Manager Research and Development and Regulatory Affairs (f/m/x) for our Hamburg HQ.

Tasks

• Lead handson development of innovative FMCG products in beauty pet care and garden care including direct lab work
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to guide product innovation and compliance
• Collaborate with brand management procurement and operations to bring products to market
• Drive B2B client projects from concept to realization
• Oversee and mentor a team of 6 promoting a culture of research excellence and innovation in the lab and beyond

Requirements

• Strong academic background in chemistry biochemistry and/or cosmetic sciences
• 5 years of R&D experience in the FMCG industry with direct lab research in beauty pet care or garden care
• First experience leading a team ideally with handson mentoring in a research setting
• Comprehensive knowledge of global consumer product regulations and standards
• Excellent communication skills adept at teamwork and external collaboration
