ReshaMandi is looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Head of Offline Activations. Your responsibilities will include and not be limited to strategizing, and operationalising the offline activations of the company, country-wide and internationally.

You will be responsible for the companys offline presence, and build its presence and reach via strategic events and associated activities, including BTL activations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the offline activations process for all the various verticals

  • Manage the calendar, for both internal and external (third-party) events

  • Work with business unit heads to create templates for the events, and define roles and responsibilities

  • Budget and strategise ROI from events

  • Generate leads from events

  • Build the internal team and set up contracts with vendors for delivery

  • Activate BTL installations, and other associated activities



Requirements

Core skill sets ideally include, but are also not limited to

  • 12-15 years of experience

  • Has handled offline activations of various sizes, budgets and requirements

  • Has handled a team

  • Has experience in lead generation


Preferences:

  • Should have prior experience with service/trade-based companies, preferably in the fabric, garment and textile industry

  • Flexible on timings and travel

  • Long-term planning and strategy should be a core strength
