We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Manager Events to oversee the planning organization and execution of both local and international largescale events. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of local laws and regulations relevant to event planning in various countries ensuring compliance and seamless event execution. This role requires a blend of creativity meticulous planning and the ability to navigate complex logistical challenges.
The ideal candidate will have experience of event execution in highend sophisticated formal sector events like Conferences and Summits Award Ceremonies Educational Workshops and Seminar Product Launches. The candidate should have experience with formal and structured events should have been instrumental in generating media coverage and buzz within the target audience and have a keen eye for sophisticated hospitality.
Event Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of events from concept to completion ensuring they meet the organizations objectives and standards. This includes selecting venues managing suppliers overseeing event logistics and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all events comply with local laws and regulations in each jurisdiction including obtaining necessary permits understanding and adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring accessibility requirements are met.
Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets negotiate with vendors and suppliers and ensure costeffective solutions without compromising quality.
Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead motivate and manage internal teams and external partners involved in event planning and execution. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure the success of events.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their goals and expectations. Provide regular updates and manage communications effectively to ensure alignment.
Market Research and Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for innovative event concepts. Develop strategies for enhancing attendee experience and achieving organizational goals.
PostEvent Evaluation: Lead the postevent evaluation process including gathering feedback assessing performance against objectives and identifying areas for improvement.
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Business Administration or a related field.
A minimum of 89 years of experience in largescale event management with a proven track record of successfully planning and executing local and international events.
Strong knowledge of local and international event planning regulations and requirements.
Excellent organizational leadership and problemsolving skills.
Strong negotiation and budget management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Willingness to travel as required for event planning and execution.

The position may be based in Hyderabad with frequent travel both domestically and internationally.
