Senior Manager - Corporate Development

Elevate Partners are currently working with a leading PLC who due to growth and strong performance are looking to hire a Senior Manager to join their Corporate Development team. The successful candidate will work closely with the executive management team on M&A Strategic Planning to ensure company growth targets are delivered.

The role

• Construct detailed financial and transaction models including ability to run several financing and transaction scenarios
  
• Prepare industry and competitive landscape research taking into account market variables and due diligence requirements
  
• Assisting with sourcing executing and evaluating investment opportunities
  
• Interacting with key counterparties (management vendors investors) and prepare materials for board presentation
  

Requirements

• 4 7 years experience in Investment Banking Transaction Services or M&A
  
• Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills are essential visible deal/transaction experience in the energy sector is desirable
  
• Excellent academic background with relevant studies in business economics or engineering
  
• Ability to work in a high performing core team
