Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of business analysts providing guidance and support in delivering highquality analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Utilize data analysis to identify trends opportunities and potential risks providing insights to support decisionmaking.
• Drive the development and implementation of business analysis frameworks methodologies and best practices.
• Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business analysis and process improvement.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business units to ensure alignment and cohesion in strategic initiatives.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership presenting findings and recommendations.
• Lead and support special projects and initiatives to drive business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in all business analysis activities.
• Support the professional development and growth of the business analysis team through mentorship and training.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the overall business strategy.
• Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance business analysis and reporting capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior business analysis or similar managerial role.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities with a focus on coaching and mentorship.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Expertise in process improvement methodologies and driving organizational change.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and executing business analysis initiatives.
• Strategic thinking and ability to align business analysis efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence software.
• Excellent project management abilities including planning execution and risk management.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to business analysis.
• Experience in driving technology adoption and integration for business analysis purposes.
• Ability to foster a collaborative inclusive and highperformance team culture.
• Certification in business analysis project management or related field is a plus.
