Senior Manager - Application Development - Pune

1. To work with and advice management on technical aspects of product strategies make well
informed decisions & function well in a fastpaced rapidlychanging environment

2. Overall planning execution and success of complex technical projects. To design and deliver
client solutions in coordination with sales and marketing teams on planned time.
3. To support the marketing team with the market survey on the new product /technologies
development and competition analysis. Provide technical support to the After Service Supply
base manufacturing and quality organizations to make sure that they are provided the support
necessary to meet customer specifications and understand the technical requirements of our
products. Provide technical support to improvement of products and cost reduction initiatives.
4. Create policies and procedures for effectively managing the technical team. To improve
processes technology & the applications continuously by showing the team better ways of doing
things and help improve skills in the team.
5. Create performance measures & standards work collaboratively to set performance goals and
address areas of deficiency.
6. To learn new technology & practices coach the team and conduct training sessions devote time
for learning and continuous improvement of self and team coach and motivate team members by
providing guidance and direction on resolving problems and issues.
