About the role

As a Senior Management Consultant specializing in Data Management and Governance you will work in the following areas:

Strategic Consulting: Collaborate with Csuite executives to develop and implement data management and governance strategies aligned with business objectives with a focus on cloud setups.

Data Governance Framework: Design and implement robust data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices particularly in cloud environments.

Data Quality Assurance: Lead initiatives to enhance data quality integrity and reliability through comprehensive data management practices in both traditional and cloudbased systems.

Change Management: Drive organizational change by fostering a datadriven culture providing guidance on datarelated policies and ensuring alignment with business goals in cloud and hybrid setups.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to integrate data management and governance principles into various business processes emphasizing cloud data governance.

To be considered for the role we see that you have:

• Proven experience setting up data management and governance for large and/or complex organizations

• Indepth knowledge of data governance frameworks data quality management running maturity assessments and data lifecycle management especially in cloud environments
• Experience with cloudbased data storage and governance solutions (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud)
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
