KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setting mounting of camera and light to get good vision image.
- Camera focus and aperture setting to get good vision image.
- Camera teaching
- Vision testing and application proving.
- Camera and PLC communication tag configuration testing with PLC communication.
- Vision R&R and capability proving.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCIES REQUIRED:Required:
- Vision Programming: Cognex Insight easy builder Cognex insight spreadsheet Etherinspect.
Additional optional:
- Keyence Fanuc Vision (2D 3D 3DL 3DV) ABB Flex Vision.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in electrical or ElectroMechanical Engineering.
- 5 10 years vision programming.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
