Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Our HANCE Audio Engine is a model inference library with minimal hardware requirements that allows machine learning models to be easily deployed to any device. Additionally we train lightweight and low latency machine learning models that allow us to effectively reduce noise remove reverb recover signals classify sounds all in realtime. Located in vibrant Oslo Norway our innovative team is reshaping the audio landscape by offering transformative experiences for our business customers.

Tasks

• Design train and refine machine learning models geared towards audio enhancement such as noise reduction reverb reduction and stem separation.
• Customize our HANCE Audio Engine and its models to align with specific customer demands and use cases.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and adapt our technology accordingly.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to seamlessly integrate customized models into our products.
• Maintain optimize and upgrade ML architectures to ensure consistent performance and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in ML and audio processing.

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

• Masters degree or higher in Computer Science Electrical Engineering Statistics or related field
• 3 years of Machine Learning practical experience.
• Indepth experience with machine learning frameworks and the latest models
• Proven track record of adapting ML models or systems based on client feedback or requirements.
• Comprehensive understanding of signal processing.
• A selfmanaged and dedicated approach with the ability to work in

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in the music or audio sector.
• Demonstrated ability to develop evaluate and improve ML models in the audio domain
• Experience in leading engineering teams
• Norwegian written and spoken
