Senior Logistics Coordinator For Oil And Gas Industry

Our client is a leading company in the EPCI industry specializing in serving oil and gas customers. They would like to find a Senior Logis Coordinator to join:

Location: Bangkok

Job Description:

• Liaise with relevant government bodies to ensure alignment with import/export regulations
• Coordinate with Engineering to compile material lists for BOI or DMF submission
• Draft letters and documents for regulatory approval processes
• Manage import/export documentation procedures
• Monitor and update material lists based on regulatory approvals
• Obtain approvals for import duty and VAT exemptions
• Oversee customs formalities and arrange freight logistics
• Execute import/export and freight arrangements according to shipping terms or eLSR requirements
• Review shipping documents such as Proforma Invoices Packing Lists B/L and AWB
• Issue work orders to logistics and transportation providers
• Process and verify invoices related to logistics activities
• Prepare documentation for Country of Origin Certificate (COC) issuance
• Maintain and reconcile material lists with master records.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or a related field.
• Proficiency with materials and standards commonly utilized in the oil and gas industry and offshore fabrication.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics operations or within the freight/transportation sector.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.
• Knowledge of customs immigration procedures as well as regulations about TISI and other relevant authorities such as BOI and DMF.
