Commission Structure: 30% to 60%

• 3 years of Life Science staffing experience
• Staffing agency experience is a must

About the Role

Our client is looking for experienced Business Development or 360 Recruiters to go after new business. Their focus will mostly be in life sciences technology manufacturing and medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and obtain contracts with clients primarily for Life Science needs
• Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure coverage on the roles you bring in
• Meet with colleagues three times a week to update the progress on roles
• Ensure delivery and successful placement and contract completion of Life Science candidates
• Maintain KPIs put forth by the Managing Director and CEO
• Produce placements while being effective working remotely

Candidate Requirements

• 5 years of experience working the sales side of Life Science staffing
• Proven track record of identifying connecting with and obtaining qualified candidates
