Senior/Lead JS Developer

To achieve our ambitious goals, we re looking for a Senior/Lead JS Developer

Your mission at Yellow:

• Organize sprints: decompose Epics into technical Stories, discuss specs with the team, and assign tasks;
• Take a direct part in the development of features;
• Manage daily meetings;
• Review pull requests;
• Maintain quality and the main branches in proper condition.

Qualifications and Special Requirements:

• 5 years of experience with front-end development: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS expert;
• 3 years of experience in managing a team with members of different technical levels;
• Experience in onboarding new team members;
• Experience in the training of technical skills to team members;
• Consciousness about the importance of tests in the quality approach;
• Knowledgeable of SEO good practices;
• Strong experience with gRPC and WebSocket;
• Experience with performance optimization.

Would be a big plus:

• Experience in training a team s technical skills would be a big plus;
• Experience in managing a live product, research problems in production like bugs, crashes, and funnel conversion anomalies;
• Experience with NextJS;
• Understanding of client/server design;
• Hands-on experience with databases (SQL);
• Security aware (SQL injections, data or secrets leaks, etc.);
• DevOps skills, continuous integration.
