Would you like to be part of one of the most influential contributors in the future of telematics As we continue to expand were on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic individual to join ourKey Account department at one of our offices either in the Netherlands or Belgium.

In this role you will be part of the globalKey Account organization that develops and manages our largest accounts. As a Senior Large Account Seller you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities along with the rest of theKey Account department. Managing and nurturing relationships with key account clients driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the organization are key aspects of this role.

Some of the things you will be working on:

  • Planning sales strategy and forecasting for key account growth.
  • Setting and achieving revenue targets for assigned key accounts.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling additional products or services to key accounts.
  • Addressing client needs and challenges and ensuring the delivery of seamless services in collaboration with internal and crossfunctional teams.
  • Proactively addressing and resolving any (potential) issues or challenges that may arise in the course of managing key accounts.
  • Staying informed about competitors and market trends and providing insights into industry developments that may impact key accounts.
  • Reporting on key performance metrics and providing insights for improvement areas.
  • Collecting feedback from key accounts to inform product/service enhancements.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to develop and enhance sales skills and knowledge of best practices within the industry.

            We believe you bring:

            • Several years of significant experience in sales or account management demonstrating a proven track record of achieving results.
            • Proficient in various sales techniques including consultative selling and relationshipbased selling.
            • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans and align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
            • Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales technologies.
            • Since you will be working towards the Dutch market fluency in both spoken and written Dutch is a requirement along with proficiency in English as our company language.

            Nicetohave:

            • Experience from new sales with a solid business understanding in B2B.
            • Experience in SaaS telematics leasing service sales and/or solution sales or similar business areas.
            • Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field.

            Our hiring process

            1. We do look at your resume when some kind of experience is required but early in our process we aim to do an objective screening with recruitment tests from our supplier Master

            2. Short interview on the phone or Teams to find out a little bit more about who you are and why you are interested in this position.

            3. Indepth interview with one of our recruitment specialists and the hiring manager focusing even more on who you are and also what you know.

            4. Second interview with hiring manager and one other stake holder could be a team member for example to get to know each other even better. At this stage we might also have a case exercise focusing on how you would to the work.

            5. Digital reference check through our supplier RefApp
