Senior Laravel Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Laravel Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Laravel Developer you will be responsible for designing and implementing web applications using the Laravel framework. You should have a deep understanding of PHP and Laravels advanced features to ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications. You will collaborate with our team of developers and designers to achieve aesthetic and functional objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop record and maintain cuttingedge webbased PHP applications using the Laravel framework.
• Build innovative stateoftheart applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team.
• Ensure HTML CSS and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications.
• Utilize backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API.
• Lead the entire web application development lifecycle right from concept stage to delivery and postlaunch support.
• Refactor optimize and improve the existing codebase for maintenance and scale.
• Use testdriven development and acceptance tests to ensure feature quality.
• Interface with customer and internal teams to gather requirements and develop software solutions.
• Document the development process architecture and standard components.
• Coordinate with codevelopers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development efforts.
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related subject.
• Proven software development experience in PHP and Laravel framework.
• Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML CSS JavaScript AJAX etc.
• Experience in common thirdparty APIs (Google Facebook Ebay etc).
• Good knowledge of relational databases version control tools and of developing web services.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs.
• Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.
• Excellent relational and communication skills necessary for team collaboration.
