Job Description

Position Description

You will be part of our Team Infrastructure and Support and lead and oversee the daytoday operations for all internal support topics. You will lead and instruct the other IT support specialists to select implement and oversee the systems and equipment used by the employees including ticketing programs and any automated selfservice tools.
You establish and enforce department policies guidelines and user support standards. You will also drive strategic planning and major initiatives.
This role requires an open and motivated individual who actively lives the service attitude and loves to help other employees. Leadership skills and good project management abilities will help to drive internal projects and standards.
For this role regular office presence in Karlsruhe is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Help our Cinemo employees to work efficiently
  • Manage and train IT Support Specialists
  • Proactively help on 1st and 2nd level support cases on hardware and software issues
  • Onprem service Take care of our office equipment: Install move add or change existing installations like work desks meeting room equipment or other ITrelated peripherals in our office space
  • Diagnose and provide support on computer system problems including repairing servicing installing training and troubleshooting computer hardware printers and other peripherals.
  • Lead the rollout provisioning and inventory of internal devices (e.g. laptops workstations and other peripherals) and ensure the compliance with the company rules
  • Ensure an efficient work environment for our homeoffice and shared desk users
  • Analyze help desk tickets and/or IT Service Survey data and establish internal service and process improvements
  • Handson management of the small team of IT Support Specialists
  • Drive companyinternal projects related to IT support
  • Collaboration with external partners and suppliers

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience in the IT support field on a heterogenous environment (Windows Linux MacOS)
  • Very good operating system knowledge on Windows Linux and MacOS especially in solving userproblems
  • Good knowledge in recent user applications and hardware
  • Able to analyze problems and provide useroriented solutions
  • Dedicated to successful team management continuous improvement and able to establish system environments and processes
  • A natural collaborator and problem solver
  • Good written and verbal English and German communication skills
  • Likes to work in a multicultural diverse and inclusive environment while embracing the Cinemo values of Respect Innovation Reliability and Speed
