Senior iOS Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior iOS App Developer with a proven track record of 8 to 10 years in iOS app development and a strong background in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in developing innovative and usercentric iOS applications while also possessing a strong background in navigating the regulatory landscape particularly with FDA (Food and Drug Administration) compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background leadership skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

o Develop the endtoend development of highquality and scalable iOS applications.

o Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the iOS development team.

o Implement rigorous development methodologies to ensure the reliability and robustness of iOS applications.

o Demonstrate expertise in integrating and optimize BLE technology within iOS applications.

o Develop and maintain robust communication protocols between iOS devices and BLEenabled peripherals.

o Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.

o Continuously optimize and enhance the performance of existing applications.

o Stay updated on the latest iOS development trends tools and technologies.

o Contribute to architectural and design decisions for the entire iOS application ecosystem.

o Work closely with product managers UX/UI designers software engineers system engineers and QA teams to deliver highquality solutions.

o Collaborate with QA teams to conduct thorough testing including validation and verification activities.

o effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders

o Documentation of code along with the creation of Test Protocol and Test Report documentation.

Qualification Requirements:

Experience:

o Demonstrated proficiency with 8 to 10 years of expertise in iOS app development showcasing a robust portfolio of successful projects. Particularly adept in software development within safetyoriented regulated industries including but not limited to medical automotive and defense sectors.

Knowledge/skills/Abilities:

o Deep understanding of Swift ObjectiveC and iOS SDKs Alamofire AFNetworking Keychain Secure Enclave and secure coding standards and designs practices.

o Proven experiences as a Senior iOS developer with a focus on BLE Integration

o Solid understanding of FDA regulations particularly in the context of software development for medical devices.

o Experience in C programming.

o Proven experience in developing the secure networking solution for seamless communication between iOS applications and Cloud Services

o Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git Bitbucket) and continuous integration

o Strong foundation of software competency with a passion for excellence

o Strong problemsolving and debugging skills.

o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

o Experience with healthcare or medical device applications.

o Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Previous startup experience guiding software development through rapid growth cycles.

Location:

This is a hybrid position. The person is expected to work onsite at least 2 days a week in Burlingame CA.
