Senior Infrastructure Engineer

The Position
We are looking for an infrastructure engineer with strong Kubernetes (K8s) networking cloud and bare metal experience. The applicant must be selfguided and will in return be given more technical freedom.

Important Misc

• UTC10 (Hawaii) to UTC1 (Western Europe) time zones.

• Must be responsive on Telegram

• Availability to be on call (to be defined when and how as a failover if senior members dont acknowledge an alert) and respond to resolve issues should something crash offhours.

Important Skills

• Managing Linux servers on both cloud and bare metal environments (setup hardening updates troubleshooting).

• Maintaining networks and troubleshooting networking issues (setup/BGP/VPNs/firewalls/ingress/proxies).

• Experience setting up managing and securing K8s clusters both internally and externally (SELinux firewalls best practices).

• Experience with Ansible Docker and Terraform.

• AWS Fargate ALB FireLens Cloudwatch ECR ECS IAM S3 and VPC

• Cloudflare DNS Pages Workers

• Grafana / Prometheus / Loki / Seq

• Redis

Nice to Have

• PostgreSQL / managing and debugging DB performance issues

• Bash/Go/Node.js small adhoc and monitoring/data manipulation scripts

• Given a problem be able to architect an endtoend solution for it. This combines business analyst skills with architect skills.
