Senior HR Recruiter Agency Staffing

Location: Remote

Salary Range: $40000.00 $100000.00 draw

Commission Structure: 35% to 50%

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years of HR recruiting experience
  • Staffing agency experience is a must

Our client is a global HR executive search and recruitment consultancy. Their mission is to help HR professionals thrive and empower HR leaders to put people and culture at the heart of their business.

About the Role

Our client is looking for senior level experienced individuals who are looking to grow with a firm and be a revenue generator for the business. In this role you will have the option of running a full desk or a split desk. This role will be working on high level HR roles such as HR Business Partners and other TA/HR Leaders. The ideal candidate for this position should be a polished well spoken individual who can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit qualified candidates for Human Resource needs
  • Prospect and gain new business
  • Manage clients relationships and communicate effectively and timely regarding the progress of active searches
  • Use provided recruiting resources to maintain a steady pipeline of candidates
  • Set and strive towards attaining monthly/quarterly/annual goals set forth by you and upper management

Candidate Requirements

  • 3 Years of experience in HR Staffing
  • Experience on both sides of desk (Sales / Recruiting) is preferred
  • Proven track record of producing in a remote setting

Step 1: Cura Prescreen
Step 2: Introduction call with Head of TA
Step 3: Video interview with the reporting manager
Step 4: Business plan writeup (strategy long term goals expectation alignment)
