Senior HR Generalist Risk and Employee Relations (344)

Your future team is responsible for the assurance of statutories regulatory company governance and compliance for HR.

Tasks

• Lead investigations in matters of employee complaints conflicts and discipline
• Ensure the highest standard to the clients commitment to ethical conduct Speak Up culture and working environment
• Ensure that the critical HR operations and processes in collaboration with the internal HR Service Delivery team are set up and run the required regulatory and legal requirements
• Continously improve and enhance existing policies processes and assurance frameworks whilst looking for ways to simplify and automate
• Developing and striving strategic innovatice and tactical support in different areas of the business
• Collaborate and influence across diverse areas of the organization to get things done

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in HR ideally in roles located in Center of Excellence departement or as a HR Business Partner with experience in scaled restructuring and change projects
• Expert knowledge in HR investigations in CH experience in other jurisdictions is considered a plus
• Previous working experience in Switzerland
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills to communicate complex topics in a clear concise and capturing manner
• Highly collaborative expert to work successfully across HR to define clear and simple solutions processes and procedures
• Flexible work ethic to work in operational and strategic levels in management and delivery
• Fluent English (C1/C2) and German (C1)
