We are looking for Human Resource Analyst with 5 year of experience. As a Senior HR Executive you will play a pivotal role in managing human resources functions within our organization.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs conducting interviews and making hiring decision.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience (X years) in HR management roles with a focus on recruitment employee relations and HR policy development.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
